Logistics runs on paperwork, Bills of Lading, Drayage documents, Warehouse and 3PL records, and every one of them has traditionally meant manual data entry. Bolgenie automates that extraction end to end, with a human still in the loop wherever confidence is low.

Manual data entry from shipment documents is slow and error-prone, and errors here are expensive, they cascade into delayed shipments, billing disputes, and compliance headaches. The client needed automation that was fast without sacrificing the accuracy manual review used to guarantee.
Possible
Solution
We built OCR pipelines with confidence-based routing, so high-confidence extractions flow straight through while uncertain ones get flagged for human-in-the-loop validation. An automated retraining system improves accuracy over time using real corrections, evaluated with F1-score-based model assessment, all deployed on a scalable, cloud-native Google Cloud Platform architecture.
