Problem
Statement
Coaching and habit-tracking apps struggle with engagement precisely because they require a dedicated app most users open once and forget. Meeting users inside a channel they already use constantly meant rethinking the entire delivery model.
Possible
Solution
We built a backend on OpenAI GPT-4o, Twilio, and Supabase that automates goal tracking, reminders, and progress reports, backed by secure Express.js APIs handling data flow between the AI layer and each user's coaching history. AI-driven reasoning personalizes insights and check-ins to each user's actual progress, rather than following a generic script.
